Each class is a little space to come home to yourself — to move, reset and flow with intention. In a world where we spend so much time indoors, it’s time to get outdoors. Join us each week for a variety of engaging classes designed to support your wellness, build strength and increase flexibility. Class are held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and are open to everyone and all levels.
1:1 sessions
If you are looking to deepen your practice or have specific goals you want to reach we offer 1:1 sessions. We will happily come to you so you can practice in the comfort of your own home. Please email me for more details.

THE HEART OF IN FLOW
Hi, I’m Michelle! Yoga teacher and founder of In Flow Yoga. For me Yoga is the hour out of my day to step out of the chaos and into stillness. It’s a practice that allows my mind and body to simultaneously be challenged and calm. It has grounded me, humbled me and balanced me.
I have created In Flow Yoga as a space for you, to meet you exactly where you are and welcome you with open arms. I cater to all levels and especially love guiding beginners as they build strength, flexibility and confidence in their practice.
In a world where we spend most of our time indoors, I hold most of my classes outdoors to help us reconnect with the earth beneath us, breathe in fresh air and move in harmony with nature.
